Samsung C&T corporation (hereinafter referred to as Samsung C&T) collects personal information
on its homepage in the following ways :

4. Retention and
utilization period of personal information

Samsung C&T destroys your personal information without delay when the purpose
of collecting and using it is achieved.

Records on homepage members
Conservation period : Discard upon withdrawal or expulsion from member
- Member without any user records such as login for one year.
Preservation period : Notification 30 days before the expiration date and destruction
if no separate request is made

Docent tour program Reservation
Conservation period : 1 year after collection

However, even if the purpose of collection or the purpose for which it was provided has been satisfied,
the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.

5. 3rd party provision of personal information

Except under your consent or the provisions of the relevant law, under any circumstances,
Samsung C&T will not use your personal information beyond the scope of the notice given in
"Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information". Also it is not provided to others or other agencies.
However, we make an exception in the following cases :
- If users or the information subject agree to this dictionary
- If there is a request by the investigation organization according to the statutory regulations or according
to the procedures and methods laid down for investigation purposes.

6. Commissioning Personal Information

In case personal information handling is consigned to an external company for service fulfillment,
we will obtain the consent of the users and notify them of the details of consigned operations with
the fiduciary company. In order to ensure the safety of personal information protection during a consignment
contract, it clearly specifies the follow privacy regulations, prohibition of personal information protection,
and liability burden in the event of an accident. In the event the details of tasks entrusted to the consignment
company are changed, the company shall notify the changed Company name in its Privacy Policy.

7. Sequence and method for deleting
personal information

In principle, the user's personal information is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collecting
and using the personal information is achieved. The order and procedure for deleting Samsung C&T
personal information are as follows.

① Procedure for deleting
- After the information you enter to join and docent tour program reservation is achieved,
transfer to a separate DB (Separate paper case for paper). Pursuant to internal policies
and other related statutes according to reasons for information protection(see Retention
and Utilization Period), it is stored for a certain period of time and deleted.
- The information entered during online consultation and reception of enquiries will be destroyed
after the purpose of collection and utilization has been achieved.
- No personal information collected for the above mentioned reasons shall be used for any purpose
other than those held by law.

② Method for deleting
- Personal information stored in electronic file formats is deleted using a technical method that
is not recoverable from the recording.
- Personal information printed on paper is crushed with a combustor or destroyed through incineration.

8. User rights and the way they are held

At any time, the users and the information authorities can request the amendment, deletion,
processing suspension, and withdrawal of the consent from their registered personal information.
For personal information access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, and withdrawal of consent,
contact the person in charge of personal information management in writing, by telephone, or e-mail
and we will take proper measures without delay after performing the verification procedure.

In the case that the user or the principal has requested correction of the error in the personal information,
the pertinent personal information will not be used until correction is completed.

Samsung C&T can process personal information that has been revoked or deleted by the user's request as described in " 4. Retention and Utilization Period of Personal Information " and can not be accessed or used for other purposes.

9. Safety of Personal Information
Samsung C&T has taken the following technology management measures to ensure safety in handling
the users ' personal information without causing any loss, theft, leakage, alteration or damage
to the personal information.

① Establishing and implementing internal management plans
Samsung C&T's internal management plan is set up and implemented in compliance with the notice
from the Korea Communications Commission.

② Minimize and educate individual information handlers
We designate and minimize the staff responsible for handling personal information and safely manage
personal information through training sessions for the responsible employees.

③ Restricted access to personal information
We take necessary measures to control access to personal information through granting, modifying,
and canceling access to data processing systems and we use intrusion prevention systems
to control unauthorized access from outside.

④ Keep the connection history and prevent stomach modulation

We use intrusion prevention systems to control unauthorized access from outside and we are working
to ensure the security of the system with all possible technical devices.

⑦ Physical measures for the secure storage of personal information
Establishes and operates the access control procedures for the physical storage locations of
the personal information systems that store personal information separately.
We also take physical steps, such as installing a lock, to ensure that documents containing

13. Matters concerning changes in the privacy policy (Notice mandatory)
