The landscape of the factory in the 1950s
was a symbol of the green factory.
Time has
passed, the factory site of No.105 Chimsan-dong
was changed to No. 51 at Hoam Road.
But the
scenery at that time still remained and be

a well-polished garden factory.
Daegu citizens
call the factory ‘Cheil Park’ because the planted
trees cover the
factory when the company
started. Every time I built a new factory,

Cheil Industries
Inc Daegu Factory. By planting the grown trees,

1 Sceneary
After Samsung Trading Company was
destroyed in 1997, It was restored in about
20 years. When the building and the landscape
at sunset and the surrounding landscapes are
blended together, you can recall the
atmosphere of the 1930s.

After the factory moved to Gyeongbuk
Gumi in 1997, Cheil Industries Inc built an
opera house in the factory where it is left,
and kept the first meeting with Daegu.

We installed a square and a floor fountain
at the
fountain range of the old factory,
and revived
the memory of the ground.
On the left and right sides
of the square,
The founder statue installed by Daegu
residents and Cheil Industries Inc’s time
capsule
opened in 2054 are located here.

The 53m chimney which was the
landmark
of the factory was
rebuilt as former look.
Outdoor parks
and lawns in Central Park
are places where cultural arts
and relaxation coexist.

Surrounded by fragrant trees and
magnolias,
the old factory's main building is
still just like
that time. Especially, The Korean
maple behind
the building is Startups
Commemorative Tree
planted in
commemoration of the completion
of
the factory and testify the start of the factory.

The zelkova at the back of the dormitory
is
the factory floor where the staff provided
a cool shade. Over the years, this shelter
has been transformed into a space that
stimulates imagination for young
entrepreneurs and artists.

The main character of the dormitory
landscaping is ivy. A brilliant smile of
female employees came to mind when
an ivy harmonizes with a royal cherry
blossom in spring, apricot flowers
in summer and roses.

Thankful migratory birds who found
their place every spring even after
the plant left in 1997. And Hoam Road’s
‘a tall and exuberant pine tree’ that
welcomes the city's migratory birds
in generous proportions.
